This is where we will talk about what your problem areas and desired goals are. We will talk about your eating, dieting, workout plan, your current weight, your desired weight, and any medical issues. What it will take to reach your goals, and what we can do to help! This is where you can ask any questions you have to make sure you are comfortable with the treatment. Hook'dd is excited and committed to helping you in your weight loss journey and hope that you are just as excited and committed as we are !
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Failure to show or let us know within 24 hours will result in a $20 fee and the rest will be refunded. Thank you
